Agreement
By accessing LeadSynQ, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization that provisioned your account.
Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes authorized by your organization. You must keep credentials confidential and notify your administrator of unauthorized access.
Customer data
Your organization controls CRM data entered into the platform. You represent that you have the rights to upload and process that data through the service.
Availability and changes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the product or your administrator.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, except where prohibited by law.
